Changes the amusement ride operating permit decal validity period from 12 months to the current calendar year, with decals valid until the end of the calendar year of issuance.

Requires amusement ride owners or operators to submit applications at least 15 business days before first operating a ride in the state.

Mandates a certificate of insurance of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, a fee not to exceed $100, and proof of satisfactory inspection conducted no earlier than 15 days before application.

Allows owners or operators to apply for multiple ride permits using one form with a single filing fee regardless of the number of rides listed.

Takes effect upon passage.
