Authorizes serving and retired federal and state judges in Mississippi to obtain distinctive motor vehicle license tags bearing the word "judiciary" upon payment of standard taxes, registration fees, and an additional $30 fee per tag.

Applications processed by county tax collectors on forms prescribed by the Department of Revenue; tax collectors retain $2.00 per application for the county general fund and remit remainder monthly to the state.

$30 additional fee collected annually, distributed as follows: $24 to Judicial System Operation Fund, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to special fund under Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement tags cost $10 with 5% retained by the county tax collector and remainder distributed according to the same fund allocation formula.

Effective July 1, 2021; requires surrender of regular license tags upon issuance of distinctive tags and issuance of up to two license decals expiring concurrently with the vehicle's registration year.
