Amends Mississippi Code Section 37-151-7 to require the Legislature dedicate at least 25% of any projected increase in State General Fund revenue (as determined by the annual sine die revenue estimate) toward the Mississippi Adequate Education Program state funding requirement.

The 25% revenue growth dedication applies in any fiscal year where the State General Fund revenue increases compared to the previous fiscal year.

Maintains existing MAEP funding formula structure based on average daily attendance, base student cost calculations, and state/local revenue contributions.

Effective July 1, 2021.
