Authorizes issuance of up to $1,750,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund Phase II construction of the Sumrall Sportsplex in the Town of Sumrall, Mississippi

Creates the "2021 Town of Sumrall Sportsplex Phase II Fund" within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds, with the Department of Finance and Administration overseeing disbursements

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2025, may mature up to 25 years from issuance, and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all state taxation and qualify as legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
