Appropriates $160,924,339.00 from the State General Fund and authorizes $1,661,705,977.00 from special source funds (patient fees, student fees, etc.) for the University of Mississippi Medical Center for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Requires the Medical Center to maintain the School of Medicine, School of Dentistry, School of Nursing, School of Health Related Professions, School of Population Health, Teaching Hospital, and Medical Center Service Area, with expenditure accounting provided to the Legislature.

Allocates specific funds for programs including $1,830,000.00 for Rural Physicians' Scholarship Program (including $30,000.00 for Psychiatrist Scholarship), $315,000.00 for Rural Dentists' Scholarship Program, $3,000,000.00 for the MIND Center, and $1,349,998.00 for the Children's Safe Center at Blair E. Batson Hospital.

Allocates $4,250,000.00 from special source funds and $750,000.00 from General Funds for the University of Mississippi Medical Center Cancer Institute, and provides $595,000.00 for A Comprehensive Tobacco (ACT) Center.

Allocates $1,260,369.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for UMMC grounds and infrastructure replacement/repair/renovation, and $3,681,530.00 from the Capital Expense Fund for the Asylum Hill Project.
