Appropriates $7,997,192.00 from the State General Fund for Mississippi National Guard general operating expenses for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Appropriates $152,899,498.00 from special funds including Camp Shelby Timber Fund, Army National Guard Programs Fund, Camp Shelby Base Operations Fund, and Air National Guard Programs Fund for fiscal year 2022.

Authorizes 886 permanent full-time positions and 27 time-limited full-time positions for the Mississippi National Guard.

Allocates specific funds: $1,928,075.00 for Youth Challenge Program, $626,505.00 for Armed Forces Military Museum, $300,000.00 for Sonny Montgomery Center for America's Veterans, $10,000.00 for Youth Challenge Program uniforms, and $800,000.00 from Capital Expense Fund for facility repairs and renovations.

Prohibits use of general funds to reimburse personnel training costs; authorizes the Adjutant General to transfer appropriated funds to special funds for federal grant matching requirements with prior notification to the Legislative Budget Office.
