Appropriates $1,400,000.00 from the State General Fund and $174,511,553.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Department of Employment Security for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Authorizes 732 total positions: 396 permanent full-time, 132 permanent part-time, 54 time-limited full-time, and 150 time-limited part-time positions.

Allocates $33,047,000.00 from the Unemployment Trust Fund for One-Stop Administration, unemployment compensation administration, automation, fraud reduction, and facility acquisition/construction.

Authorizes expenditure of up to $3,000,000.00 from State Workforce Investment Funds for the State Workforce Investment Board, $200,000.00 for Pathways2Possibilities, and $15,000,000.00 from the Mississippi Works Fund.

Dedicates $1,400,000.00 from Section 1 funds for the Mississippi Integrated Education and Workforce State Longitudinal Data System (SLDS).
