Appropriates $149,479 from the State General Fund to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022)

Authorizes an additional $215,755 in special source funds for the authority's expenses during the same fiscal year

Authorizes 2 permanent full-time positions and 1 permanent part-time position for the agency

Prohibits use of state-owned vehicles for any purpose other than official state business

Requires the authority to maintain complete accounting and personnel records and prohibits incurring obligations exceeding the appropriation
