Appropriates $106,461.00 to the Mississippi State Board of Chiropractic Examiners for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022)

Requires the board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2021, with future budget requests submitted in comparable format

Directs the agency to give preference to Mississippi Industries for the Blind when multiple equal bids are received or when making purchases without competitive bidding

Requires expenditure of appropriated funds in compliance with Mississippi Code Section 27-104-25, prohibiting obligations in excess of appropriations with responsible officers held accountable

Effective July 1, 2021
