Appropriates $3,405,392 in special funds to the Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022)

Authorizes 18 permanent full-time positions for the agency

Establishes performance targets including 100% of licenses issued within 10 business days, 100% of renewals issued within 2 business days, and 100% of written complaints resolved within six months

Requires 100% registration in the Prescription Monitoring Program for in-state physicians, licensed APRNs, and pharmacists

Permits the Board of Pharmacy to accept and expend funds from other state agencies to support the Prescription Monitoring Program
