Appropriates $7,998,944.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022).

Authorizes $14,192,933.00 in special source funds for the department, including subscription fees from the Market Bulletin and admission fees from the Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum.

Authorizes 235 full-time permanent positions, 38 part-time permanent positions, 5 full-time time-limited positions, and 0 part-time time-limited positions.

Appropriates $1,100,000.00 for the Beaver Control Program, with $650,000.00 from the Department of Transportation and fees, and $200,000.00 from the State Forestry Commission.

Establishes performance measure targets for plant industry inspections, museum attendance, food sanitation inspections, seed testing, and agricultural marketing activities, with reporting required in the Fiscal Year 2023 budget request.
