Appropriates $8,363,577 from the State General Fund and $6,885,996 from special funds to the State Department of Audit for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022)

Authorizes 167 permanent full-time positions and 3 part-time positions for the department

Sets performance targets including 70% of county audits by CPA firms, 30% by the Office of State Auditor, and a goal of recovering $600,000 in embezzled or misspent funds through investigations

Provides $30,000 for CPA Review Course fees for employees, to be reimbursed by employees over 12 months

Limits Department of Justice Federal Equitable Sharing Program funds to $1,000,000, restricted to non-budgeted law enforcement purposes
