Appropriates $28,241,471.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 – June 30, 2022).

Appropriates $25,010,850.00 from special funds to cover costs of telecommunication services, data center services, and information technology services provided by the department to state agencies.

Authorizes 132 permanent full-time positions for the Department of Information Technology Services and 10 permanent full-time positions for the Wireless Communication Commission.

Appropriates $10,446,099.00 from the State General Fund to the Wireless Communication Commission and requires the commission to follow all state procurement and bid laws.

Restricts use of appropriated funds for payments to state legislators, state officials, or Wireless Communication Commission members and prohibits salary increases exceeding 3% annually under the Colonel Guy Groff State Variable Compensation Plan.
