Authorizes 41 permanent full-time positions for the agency

Allocates $113,803 from the Capital Expense Fund for implementation of ERP Success Factors and other equipment

Reappropriates $130,000 from unspent funds originally authorized in 2020 for development of the variable compensation program

Implements Project SEC2 of the Colonel Guy Groff State Variable Compensation Plan beginning January 1, 2022, limiting salary increases to 3% annually (excluding executive directors, agency heads, and elected judges) not to exceed market rates established by the State Personnel Board
