Provides $21,670,702 in additional funding to the Mississippi Department of Corrections for FY2021, covering medical programs ($8,225,975), regional facilities ($5,310,823), private prison facilities ($5,507,734), and local confinement ($2,626,170)

Allocates $20,000,000 to the Department of Mental Health and $5,250,000 to the Veterans Affairs Board for operational expenses in FY2021

Appropriates $199,710,000 to the Division of Medicaid to provide federal matching funds for mandated medical services in FY2021

Provides supplemental funding to multiple other agencies including $6,818,328 for the Disaster Trust Fund (Emergency Management Agency), $1,522,743 for an additional Highway Patrol Trooper School class, and $751,735 for Attorney General legal expenses in FY2022
