Appropriates $11,000,000 from the State General Fund to the State Department of Health for the MAGnet Community Health Disparity Program for fiscal year 2022 (July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022)

Directs funds to address disproportionate COVID-19 infections and deaths in Mississippi's minority communities through developing mitigation plans and reducing negative health outcomes

Requires the MAGnet Community Health Disparity Program to reduce racial disparities in COVID-19 vaccine distribution and outreach to encourage vaccine uptake in minority communities

Allows Federally Qualified Health Centers to apply for funding through the MAGnet Community Health Corporation

Takes effect July 1, 2021
