Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds up to $250,000 to assist the Board of Supervisors of Tunica County in paying costs for repair and renovation of the historic county courthouse.

Creates a special fund designated the "2021 Tunica County Historic Courthouse Repair Fund" within the State Treasury, with unexpended amounts and investment earnings remaining in the fund at fiscal year end.

Bonds must be issued by July 1, 2025, with maturity not to exceed 25 years from date of issue and interest rates complying with Section 75-17-101, Mississippi Code of 1972.

Remaining funds in the special fund after project completion or abandonment shall be applied to pay debt service on the issued bonds.

Bonds are general obligations of the State of Mississippi with full faith and credit pledged; bond proceeds and income are exempt from state taxation.
