Authorizes issuance of up to $2,600,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund Phase 3 of the amphitheater project in Columbus, Mississippi

Creates the "2021 Columbus Amphitheater Project Phase 3 Fund" within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds must be issued by July 1, 2025, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue

Full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi is pledged for bond repayment; if appropriated funds are insufficient, the State Treasurer must pay from available treasury funds

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all state taxation and qualify as legal investments for fiduciaries, savings banks, trust companies, and insurance companies
