Authorizes issuance of up to $500,000 in state general obligation bonds to help Pontotoc County pay for repair and renovation of the county courthouse in Pontotoc

Creates the "2021 Pontotoc County Courthouse Repair and Renovation Fund" within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with the Department of Finance and Administration overseeing disbursements

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2025, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from the date of issue

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi, with principal and interest exempt from all state taxation

Any remaining funds after project completion or abandonment must be applied to pay debt service on the bonds
