Authorizes issuance of up to $150,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund repair and renovation of the town park in Metcalfe, Mississippi

Creates the "2021 Town of Metcalfe Park Repair and Renovation Fund" within the State Treasury to hold bond proceeds, with the Department of Finance and Administration overseeing disbursements

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2025, and may mature up to 25 years from the date of issue

Bonds are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi and are exempt from all state taxation

Any remaining funds after project completion or abandonment must be applied to pay debt service on the bonds
