Amends the geographic boundaries of the Marshall Utility Services Sewer District in Marshall County, Mississippi, replacing the previous general description with a specific metes and bounds survey description

New boundaries encompass portions of Township 1 South, Range 5 West; Township 1 South, Range 3 West; Township 2 South, Range 3 West; Township 2 South, Range 4 West; and Township 2 South, Range 5 West, extending from the Mississippi-Tennessee state line southward

Marshall County Board of Supervisors serves as the governing authority for the district, which provides sewer service to residents within the defined area

District property and revenue remain exempt from all state, county, and municipal taxation

Any area currently franchised by Marshall Utility Services, Inc. may be utilized by the Sewer District with permission from Marshall Utility Services, Inc.
