Extends the repeal date of the Greenwood Tourism Commission and its associated taxing authority from September 30, 2021 to September 30, 2025

Authorizes the City of Greenwood to levy up to 1% tax on gross proceeds from hotel and motel room rentals to fund tourism promotion

Permits an additional 1% tax on gross receipts from restaurants and bars selling prepared food, beer, and alcoholic beverages, with exemptions for restaurants not selling alcohol with annual gross sales under $100,000

The 14-member Greenwood Tourism Commission includes representatives from each of the city's seven wards, plus members from the Chamber of Commerce, Cottonlandia Education Foundation, Industrial Board, Civic Center, Hotel/Motel Association, Restaurant Association, and Mississippi Valley State University

Tax revenues, after a 3% collection fee retained by the Department of Revenue, are paid directly to the Tourism Commission for convention and tourism promotion programs
