Amends Chapter 947 of Local and Private Laws of 2011 to revise the geographic boundaries of the Marshall Utility Services Sewer District in Marshall County, Mississippi.

Replaces the previous description referencing certificates of public convenience and necessity with a detailed legal description defining the district boundaries using township and range coordinates and directional measurements.

Establishes the Board of Supervisors of Marshall County as the governing authority for the district with all powers granted to wastewater facility districts under Mississippi Code Section 19-5-151 et seq.

Exempts the district's property and revenue from all state, county, and municipal taxation.

Allows Marshall Utility Services Sewer District to use any area presently franchised by Marshall Utility Services, Inc., with permission from that entity.
