Extends the repeal date of the Washington County Convention and Visitors Committee and its associated tourism tax from July 1, 2021, to July 1, 2025.

Revises the committee composition so that four members appointed by the presiding officer of the Economic Development District must include one member from the Greenville Area Chamber of Commerce or beverage/hotel/restaurant business, one from the Greenville Mississippi Travel Club Inc., one from the Hollandale High School Reunion Committee, and one from the Leland High School Reunion Committee.

Authorizes Washington County Board of Supervisors to levy up to 1% tax on gross proceeds of hotels, motels, and restaurants (those with annual gross proceeds exceeding $100,000) to fund tourism promotion and convention activities.

Requires the Department of Revenue to retain 3% of tax collections for administrative costs, with remaining proceeds dedicated solely to the committee's programs and activities.

Requires the committee to pay Washington County up to $25,000 annually in consideration of county facility use and support services.
