Commends and congratulates Dave Randall on his 2021 induction into the Mississippi Sports Hall of Fame and Museum as part of a six-person class.

Recognizes Randall's accomplishments including three-time high school state champion, All-American at Ole Miss, and three-time SEC title winner who led Ole Miss to its first NCAA Tournament bid.

Highlights Randall's professional tennis career from 1988 to 1999 on the Association of Tennis Professionals Tour, with doubles wins over 30 top-ranked players and three doubles titles.

Notes Randall became the first Mississippian to win a match at Wimbledon in 1993, defeating Russian player Andrei Cherkasov in the opening round.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Randall and forwarded to the University of Mississippi Athletic Director.
