Commends and congratulates Mr. Willy Showah, a resident of Vancleave, Mississippi, for being selected as "Instructor of the Year" at the Jackson County Campus of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

Recognizes Mr. Showah's 24 years of service as a career and technical instructor at the college, selected based on teaching excellence, college service, community service, and professional development.

Notes that Mr. Showah holds an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Occupational Education from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College.

Directs that the resolution be presented to Mr. Showah, forwarded to the Board of Trustees of Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, and made available to the Capitol Press Corps.
