Commends Jackson State University Women's Basketball Team for winning the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Regular Season Championship in back-to-back years, with the most recent victory on March 5, 2021, defeating Alabama State 64-62.

Recognizes the Lady Tigers' SWAC Postseason Championship victory on March 13, 2021, defeating Alabama State 67-66, their first SWAC postseason title since 2008, and their selection as the No. 15 seed in the NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament.

Honors Head Coach Tomekia Reed as "Coach of the Year" for achieving 42-9 overall record in SWAC play over three seasons, including 30-3 in the last two years.

Acknowledges key players including Dayzsha Rogan (SWAC Tournament MVP with 25 points), Ameshya Williams (11 points, 13 rebounds, 6 blocks), and Cherelle Jones (13 points, 9 rebounds) in the championship game.
