Designates March 23, 2021, as "Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., Day in Mississippi."

Recognizes Phi Beta Sigma was founded January 9, 1914, at Howard University with the motto "Culture for Service and Service for Humanity," and established its first Mississippi chapter (Alpha Beta Chapter) on November 21, 1927, at Jackson State University.

Recognizes Zeta Phi Beta Sorority was founded January 16, 1920, at Howard University as a sister organization to Phi Beta Sigma, established its first Mississippi chapter (Alpha Delta Zeta Chapter) on October 14, 1938, in Jackson, and has provided over 100,000 service hours in the state over 82 years.

Notes Mississippi currently has 28 Phi Beta Sigma chapters and over 48 Zeta Phi Beta chapters across 82 counties, with the state serving as the International President's home state and a major regional hub for both organizations.
