Revises the designation of Mississippi Highway 615 in Harrison County to run from Mississippi 67 south to Cedar Lake Road, then west on Popp's Ferry Road, terminating on U.S. 90 between Beauvoir Road and Pine Grove Avenue

Removes the previous designation that would have located Highway 615 between the Cowan-Lorraine Road interchange and the I-110 interchange, extending northerly to relocated Mississippi 67

Amends Section 65-3-3 of the Mississippi Code of 1972, which defines the state highway system under the jurisdiction of the Mississippi Transportation Commission
