Creates a special pathway for funeral directing licenses for individuals aged 50 or older who have worked at a licensed Mississippi funeral establishment for at least 5 consecutive years immediately before applying

Requires applicants under this special provision to be currently employed at a licensed Mississippi funeral establishment in Mississippi

Limits the application window to a 30-day period from July 1, 2022 through July 31, 2022

Bypasses standard licensing requirements (24-month resident trainee program and written/oral examination) for qualifying applicants who meet age and experience criteria

Requires documentation of work experience from the funeral establishment's owner, management, or licensee in charge to be submitted with the application
