Authorizes Mississippi-licensed pharmacies to perform centralized prescription filling for other pharmacies if they share the same owner or have a written contract outlining services, responsibilities, and compliance procedures

Requires pharmacies engaged in centralized filling to maintain a policy and procedures manual covering federal/state compliance, pharmacist record-keeping, prescription tracking, label identification of all pharmacies involved, patient confidentiality protections, and quality assurance programs

Permits pharmacists licensed in Mississippi or another state to dispense prescriptions from a common database shared by commonly-owned pharmacies without it being classified as a prescription transfer

Clarifies that centralized prescription filling between pharmacies does not constitute a prescription transfer or wholesale distribution

Preserves pharmacists' right to exercise independent professional judgment and shields Mississippi-licensed pharmacists from liability for acts of others not under their direct supervision in the dispensing process
