Establishes a moratorium on the trip optimizer system requirements for state agency travel from the effective date through June 30, 2024.

The trip optimizer system is suspended for state agencies that would normally be required to use it to determine the most cost-effective method of travel for trips exceeding 100 miles per day using motor vehicles.

State agencies are temporarily exempted from submitting trip optimizer results with travel reimbursement claims during the moratorium period.

The moratorium does not affect existing travel reimbursement rates, mileage allowances, or other travel expense provisions for state officers and employees.
