Amends Section 27-65-111, Mississippi Code of 1972, to add sales tax exemption for sales of tangible personal property or services to 5th Squad.

5th Squad is added to the list of organizations exempt from sales taxation, alongside existing exemptions for nonprofits, charitable organizations, and other specified entities.

The exemption applies to all tangible personal property and services purchased by 5th Squad, without limitation on the types of goods or services.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.
