Terminates the license suspension for refusing a breath, blood, or urine test if the person subsequently pleads guilty to the DUI charge at trial

Current law suspends driving privileges for 90 days for test refusal with no prior DUI conviction, or 1 year with a prior conviction under Section 63-11-30

Makes technical corrections throughout the code, changing "and" to "or" when referring to public highways, roads, and streets

Corrects reference to "Board on Law Enforcement Officer Standards and Training" (removing plural "Officers")

Effective date of July 1, 2022
