Authorizes issuance of up to $1,500,000 in state general obligation bonds to help the City of Jackson, Mississippi renovate the Russell C. Davis Planetarium

Creates the "2022 City of Jackson - Russell C. Davis Planetarium Renovation Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to hold and disburse bond proceeds

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2026, and mature within 25 years from the date of issue

The State Bond Commission will oversee bond issuance, sale method, and terms, with bonds backed by the full faith and credit of Mississippi

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and qualify as legal investments for fiduciaries and public fund deposits
