Creates new legal framework defining "campground" as a property with 10 or more campsites for tent camping, recreational vehicles, and motor homes

Allows campground owners to ask individuals to leave for being unregistered, overstaying departure time, non-payment of fees, creating disturbances, or violating laws

Individuals who remain or return to a campground after being asked to leave commit criminal trespass, and owners may request law enforcement assistance for ejection

Ejected persons have 10 days to claim abandoned property and an additional 10 days to collect it; unclaimed property may be disposed of after 20 days at the owner's discretion

Amends residential landlord-tenant law to explicitly exclude recreational vehicles, travel trailers, fifth-wheel trailers, camping trailers, truck campers, and motor homes from tenant protections
