Governor's salary increased to 50% of the President of the United States annual salary, effective January 1, 2024.

Transportation Commissioners and Public Service Commissioners salaries set at 50% of the Governor's salary, effective January 1, 2024.

Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of the House salaries increased to 60% of the Governor's salary; each Senator and Representative compensation increased to 15% of the Governor's salary, effective January 1, 2024.

Salary adjustments tied to presidential salary increases take effect on the first day of each elected officer's term beginning in January 2024 and every four years thereafter, with no increases permitted during a term of office.
