Authorizes issuance of up to $1,300,000 in state general obligation bonds to fund the Delta Blues Museum in Clarksdale, Mississippi

Creates the "2022 Delta Blues Museum Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds, with funds not lapsing at fiscal year end

Bond proceeds may be used for acquisition, storage, and relocation of artifacts, as well as design, fabrication, and installation of permanent exhibits

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2026, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all Mississippi state taxation and constitute legal investments for trustees, fiduciaries, and financial institutions
