Amends Mississippi Code Section 13-3-5 governing service of summons in civil actions in justice court

Requires photographic evidence when serving a summons by posting it on the door of a defendant's residence (the third method of service used when the defendant cannot be found and no family member is available)

Server must photograph the summons posted on the door of the defendant's usual place of abode and provide proof or a photograph of the summons being placed in the mail

Effective date of July 1, 2022
