Amends Section 43-3-101 of Mississippi Code to expand the Mississippi Industries for the Blind (MIB) authority to enter into agreements and contracts with federal, state, public, and private entities.

Authorizes the MIB to agree to indemnification terms, apply the law of another state or jurisdiction, and accept other necessary contractual terms when the MIB determines such agreements serve its best interests.

Allows the MIB to make independent judgments about which agreements and terms are in its best interest without requiring specific legislative approval for each contract.

Takes effect upon passage.
