Requires the Mississippi Public Service Commission to mandate annual filings from nonprofit water and sewage disposal entities whose governing boards are elected by consumers or appointed by county supervisors.

Annual filings must include meeting minutes, bylaws with amendments, officer names and addresses, audited financial statements, water test results from state and federal regulators, and other information deemed necessary by the commission.

Authorizes the Public Service Commission to establish rules, forms, reporting standards, and issue process to ensure compliance with filing requirements.

Clarifies that the Public Service Commission has no jurisdiction over the governance, management, or internal affairs of these nonprofit water and sewage entities, while still requiring the annual filings.

Effective date is July 1, 2022.
