Amends Section 89-5-8 of Mississippi Code to require scrivener's error affidavits for property deeds be executed and acknowledged before a notarial officer, with affiant attorney name, bar number, and statement of active Mississippi bar license included.

Voids any scrivener's error affidavit recorded that was not executed by an attorney licensed to practice law in Mississippi who prepared a document in the chain of title to the subject property, regardless of recording date.

Creates the "Mississippi Architects and Engineers Good Samaritan Act" to provide immunity from civil liability for architects and professional engineers performing uncompensated safety assessment services during declared emergencies at request of public officials.

Limits Good Samaritan immunity to safety assessment services only (structural inspections and evaluations), excluding design of repairs, demolition plans, construction documents, or construction administration, which require Mississippi licensure.

Exempts out-of-state architects and engineers from Mississippi licensure requirements when performing safety assessment services as Good Samaritans during declared emergencies and within 90 days after emergency ends; does not protect wanton, willful, or intentional misconduct.
