Amends Mississippi Code Section 3-3-7 to declare the second Monday in October as Indigenous Native American Day, a legal holiday in Mississippi.

Adds Indigenous Native American Day to the list of official state legal holidays alongside New Year's Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Municipalities and counties may still substitute Indigenous Native American Day with Mardi Gras Day or another day of their choice, except for the third Monday in January and November 11th.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
