Amends Section 25-41-3 of the Mississippi Code to expand the definition of "public body" under the Open Meetings Law to include entities created by ordinance, in addition to those created by statute or executive order.

Applies the open meetings requirement to any policymaking entity of the state or political subdivision that is supported wholly or in part by public funds or expends public funds, including charter school governing boards, community hospital boards, and the Mississippi Lottery Corporation.

Maintains existing exemptions from open meetings requirements for the judiciary, law enforcement, military, State Probation and Parole Board, Workers' Compensation Commission, legislative subcommittees, and certain other specified bodies.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
