• Removes obsolete statutory exemptions from State Personnel Board procedures for Department of Corrections, Department of Transportation, and Mississippi Development Authority personnel actions; renames variable compensation plan to "Colonel Guy Groff/Neville Kenning Variable Compensation Plan."
