Creates the "Mississippi Law Enforcement and Fire Fighters Premium Pay Program" administered by the Department of Public Safety to provide premium pay to law enforcement officers and fire fighters in response to COVID-19 exposure and risk.

Provides $1,000 in premium pay to each eligible certified full-time and part-time law enforcement officer and fire fighter serving in Mississippi on the effective date, with individuals in multiple eligible positions receiving only one payment.

Excludes law enforcement officers who previously received hazard pay from the Governor's discretionary funds under the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act.

Directs the Department of Public Safety to reimburse counties, municipalities, and other governmental entities for premium pay they previously paid to law enforcement officers and fire fighters from American Rescue Plan Act funds, up to $1,000 per recipient.

Funds the program from monies appropriated by the Legislature from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund and takes effect July 1, 2022.
