Increases maximum gross vehicle weight for harvest permit vehicles from 84,000 pounds to 88,000 pounds, effective July 1, 2023.

Allows 10% tolerance on gross vehicle weight for harvest permit vehicles, not to exceed 88,000 pounds, effective July 1, 2023.

Requires harvest permit holders to notify county boards of supervisors or municipal authorities in writing before operating vehicles on local roads, with a 2-day response period for route designation.

Maintains current timber deed route designation provisions allowing 6-month approved routes for timber transportation without requiring harvest permit notification procedures.
