Appropriates $10,000,000 from the Coronavirus State Fiscal Recovery Fund to the Mississippi Community College Board for the Community and Junior College Nursing Supplemental Funding Program for fiscal year 2023 (July 1, 2022 - June 30, 2023)

Funds must comply with federal American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Section 602 requirements and U.S. Department of Treasury guidelines before disbursement

Mississippi Community College Board must verify each expenditure is eligible under federal guidelines and that recipients have not received reimbursement from other sources for the same expenses

If federal inspectors determine funds were used improperly and require repayment, the board or recipient that misused the funds must repay the State of Mississippi

Requires compliance with the federal Single Audit Act and Uniform Guidance provisions regarding internal controls, sub-recipient monitoring, and audit requirements
