Authorizes issuance of state general obligation bonds not exceeding $100,000 to assist Alcorn County Board of Supervisors with a remote worker incentive program administered by the Alliance (Alcorn County and Corinth economic development organization).

Program provides relocation and initial cost of living expenses to workers employed outside Alcorn County who can work remotely, contingent on workers purchasing a home and establishing primary residence in Alcorn County for at least one year.

Creates the "2022 Alcorn County Remote Worker Incentive Fund" within the State Treasury to receive bond proceeds; unexpended amounts do not lapse to the General Fund and investment earnings remain in the fund.

Bonds mature within 25 years, bear interest per Section 75-17-101 limits, and are backed by full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi; no bonds may be issued after July 1, 2026.

Takes effect July 1, 2022.
