Authorizes issuance of up to $4,000,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist the City of Jackson with repairs, upgrades, and improvements to a portion of White Oak Creek

Creates the "2022 City of Jackson - White Oak Creek Improvement Fund" as a special fund within the State Treasury to receive and disburse bond proceeds

Project area covers White Oak Creek from the intersection of Ridgewood Road and Adkins Boulevard running southeasterly to Westbrook Road in Jackson, Mississippi

Bonds must be issued before July 1, 2026, with a maximum maturity of 25 years from date of issue

Bonds and income from them are exempt from all state taxation and are backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Mississippi
